It's as nice place but their room service and the front desk need some work. They forgot to deliver my morning service after I checked out with cash. They charged my credit card for a yogurt breakfast they delivered on their own accord shortly before I was leaving :( At least the pool staff was pleasant and catering. I would visit again but not bother with room service...
We got married here a year ago and loved it then. Our guests were able stay and enjoy the pool and amenities last year as we left on our honeymoon, so we didn't have the same opportunity. However, for our first anniversary here we are back, enjoying all the things we missed last year. We were checked right in, to a lovely room with front row to the fireworks, which rival any I've seen at this scale. Just had the absolute best weekend at the Omni at Championsgate! Spectacular service from the time I made reservations with Diana, to a super smooth and friendly check in with Darlene and wonderful poolside drink service from Cedric. Everyone was so accommodating and always greeted us with a friendly smile. This was just the weekend escape our family needed. To anyone considering a stay, yes it's expensive in comparison to some other hotels, but totally worth it. We loved the pools, water slides and especially the lazy river... read more

This was our first visit to the Omni. We were extremely impressed by the customer service. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The water areas were great. The wave pool was fun and loved the lazy river. We also liked having a quiet pool available. Had lunch at Croc's, dinner at Trevi's, and dessert at the deli, and all were very good. We loved it. The kids enjoyed the pools. Its our first time here everything was lovely. I'll be coming back very soon.
I paid $20 for parking. Apparently I was close to a sprinkler because the car was covered in hard water spots the next day. I told the manager and was offered a hose. I had to have the car professionally cleaned. If parking was free.. sure. But I paid $20 + the cleaning fee for that? Ridiculous.
