This was an amazing three day stay. The pool area the kids had a blast in. Two days after we had left I realized I had left something in our room. On the chance they may still have had it I called and asked and they did, and they also offered to ship it back to me on there expense. That is awesome customer service. Keep up the great work.

My mom is in love with this place. I liked it too. Great for kids, new wave pool is great. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is breakfast buffet. When the resort just opened it was fantastic. This morning breakfast was OK. Bacon was precooked and hard and dry, not crispy, granola was stailed and sticky and fruit, deli cuts and cheese smelled like refrigerator. Eggs, breads and coffee was fine.
Valet was horrible. Took forever for them to get my car. Twice when trying to drop my car off I was asked to ride around and wait because of emergency vehicles in the front of the hotel. Room was dirty. Dirt and scuff marks all over the walls. Flies all over the pool area. I needed a fly swatter to keep them off of me. Service at crocs was pitiful. Waited forever for our food and then the order was wrong. Won't be returning.

It was very busy when we arrived due to the weekend, but our room was ready on time and super clean, the whole resort was clean, and had friendly staff. Monday the crowd was gone and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were able to use all of the pools, lazy river, and slides with no wait or crowd. Maybe 2-5 people at each. It was great!
Loved this resort, staff was amazing and the resort was beyond beautiful!!! I will definitely come back. Highly recommend! ����. We will be missing this place �
