So excited to share Christmas with our kids; Steak House as Great🍴
Been coming here since it first opened. Upscale but not snobby. I do think it's time for a little reno. Rooms are starting to get a little tired.
The hotel was nice and clean. Everyone was nice and made sure my stay was comfortable as possible. Only things I didn't like was that I was overcharged for something that staff didn't explain fully and the charge you for every single thing you use. Manager understood my concern and refunded what was overcharged. Overall I did enjoy my stay I will come back again but with my own iron, coffee pot, and water lol

We loved our stay. The rooms were average, but everything else was far from average. Amazing views, pools and kids programs. We loved Croc’s unique avocado menu. The hotel was so accommodating. The only complaint is the shuttle service to the parks could be more accommodating. We went to the Mickeys Christmas party and there was no shuttle during the special event times. No shuttle service to Disney Springs or Universal, which would be a big plus. We did take Uber, which worked out just as well.
Everything was great just one small gripe and it is a personal thing - when buying a glass of the larger wine they should have bigger glasses as they are filled right to the top - the wine is not cheap and deserves better glasses
This place was amazing! From the lazy river, to the wave pool, to the huge hotel room! I highly recommend this hotel!!

We love this resort! Its our 4th visit and it was fabulas!!! We will return many times in the future...top notch Resort!!
