Just got back from staying there today. Spent 2 nights and 3 days there. Our room was ok but after my husband inspected it, the air filter in the a.c. unit was filthy! Dust everywhere and on our headboard. The a.c. unit had silver tape sticking out of it and the a.c. rattled the entire stay. We were in room 964. The maid came in our room without knocking this morning at 930, we were still getting up and ready to depart. This was the first time my husband and I have been on a weekend by ourselves in 5 years. Very lovey location. This is my second year for a business event at this facility. I’m glad I decided to stay on location this year. I’m thinking of having my family join me next year.
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the hotels are gorgeous and beautiful, very kid friendly I love it I've been coming here three years in a row and each year we come it's just get betterl and they make it even better for the kids with a new huge wave pool and a basketball court

The hotel is beautiful. I found my room clean. i was checked into a double when a king was guaranteed but that wasn't a problem for me. i had a great view. Parking was efficient. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the bed...the most important part of a hotel stay in my opinion is a good night's sleep. The bed was super soft.. too soft for me. I got a bed board from housekeeping which helped a little but I just didn't sleep well either night.
