I wish I could live here! My husband and I have had the best time here! From the great food to the best people that work here! The hotel is just awesome! The spa is just awesome! I had the best burger ever! Italian food that reminded me of my moms cooking ! Chinese food beyond words! Very clean! Our room clean, comfortable. Great view! We will be back! Loved it. Staff was great. Breakfast bar was a long wait, other than that. Amenities were awesome. Kid friendly also.
The wave pool and lazy river were amazing! Overall a very fun experience. We can't wait to go back!
VERY expensive for what you get. If I'm paying for a resort I'd like to be treated like that. Amateur front desk staff, no pharmacy / gift shop ( which is weird, I really wanted to buy overpriced necessities but had to leave the resort) and bloody freezing (even when I turned the heat up in my room) and I am from Canada - why is it THAT cold in your hotel?? I checked in at midnight and despite calling to advise of this, they told me they didn't have my reservation lots of hassle. Don't recommend.
We have started at this hotel many times. We particularly like the pools and lazy river. our kids played all day long in the slide and the new wave pool. Employees are very nice, the only thing is the room seemed less clean, the shower curtain was dirty and bath had some hair. The new outdoor bathroom by the new wave pool was not very clean either. The floors were dirty and it was early morning. Overall ok, just the lack cleanliness bother me. But we will be back.
Looked better than it was. Light bulbs out. The coffee maker didn’t work (and I’m surly when I expect and don’t get my coffee in the morning!). Worst of all, I called for room service at 6:25 pm and was told there was an hour and 40 minute wait!! The kitchen is clearly way too small for the property!! So went down to the sushi restaurant only to be told that the next seating was 9:30!!! Totally unacceptable ...and very disappointing!
We absolutely loved the new space "Grand Salon" it is so beautiful. We went last night to its grand opening it was so beautiful. Food amazing, staff incredible.
