The worst experience for me and my family. We had a event at the Omni this past weekend. They are very unprofessional and they need to figure out how to do check in better. For as big as this Resort is they do not have it together . I waited in line for over 30 minutes. To here people in front of me with the same issues I had about no rooms being ready to check in when check in time was at 3:00 and it was almost 4:00 . Love the place always a great time Wendy at the front counter was awesome and very pleasant however the valet guy I didn’t care to much for he acted like I was trying to the steal my own car as if I couldn’t afford or something
Very clean. Elevators oddly placed on only one side of the building. Long walk to rooms if you're not near the elevators. Very nice overall without Disney crowds. Employees driving golf carts could have offered ride to lobby instead of just driving by.
Pet lovers beware!They say they welcome your pet, but they don’t allow them anywhere around the resort except out front in the parking area! $175 pet deposit...ridiculous!

Not impressed at all. Our first stay at this resort. Beautiful resort but the service is awful!! Started with our arrival. Check in time is at 3:00pm. But our room wasn’t ready “They ensured us they would make it a priority”. Came back at 4:00. Room still not ready. Left and came back at 5 and they had to give us a different room. Because it still wasn’t ready. Then there was a dog in the room across from us. Dogs would not stop barking. Called and talked to 2 different managers twice. What a great stay! Very courteous staff. Always treated with a smile, and the facilities were exceptional! We will definitely return and would highly recommend this resort. �
We stayed here for two nights while my husband was at a conference. Room was perfect for two. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Pools, lazy river, and a wave pool were all well-maintained. We will come back. It’s great that this hotel is away from the chaos of Orlando but still close enough.
