Amazing resort. So clean, friendly and efficient staff. We couldn’t have asked for better service or accommodations. Such a great family getaway. Fireworks tonight were the best we have ever seen.
We've just come back from a 2 week stay at the Omni Orlando and wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff members! The service was incredible, everyone made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. During our stay we celebrated my birthday and our first wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond to help us celebrate with cards and cake etc. You made both of our celebrations feel super special so thank you so much. We always stay here when my husband and I get a weekend away and for several of our anniversaries. They always go above and beyond. The little extra touches are what keeps us coming back. Thank you!
For the bussiness stay it was good, well organized, nice people at the reception and good food. The only negativ was, the aircondition was much too cold in the conference rooms at the begining.
Great place we all enjoyed our stay with grandkids . Lots to do and great place for the kids
We come to this Omni often but this stay Mimi from Trevi was very helpful on the pool and made out stay feel very warm and welcome!
Fun place with family. The small kids enjoyed all the outdoor activities. Great pools and slides for all ages. Amazing golf courses. Good food and beer choices. Even a cigar bar. Amazing service.

We have stayed here many many times and have always been pleased. I went to reserve Memorial Day weekend with the special rate they had going on. I had account issues with logging in and was on hold for a long time. I am a teacher and couldn’t hold on any longer. Long story short, I went to try the next morning after finally getting my log in information correct and the special is gone. They will not honor it even though it was their computer systems problem.
