You need your staff to be better prepared to handle racists who are making threats against your patrons.
Not impressed. This hotel has a lot of racial issues that they do not address.
I just watched a video of a family being viciously berated, harassed by other guests of the hotel. They were called black butches and niggers. The hotel staff did nothing and in fact made them wait their turn, although they were the ones who called hotel security. I will never visit ANY Omni hotel
If you are a prosperous person of color, spend your money elsewhere. Disgusting and violent display of racism at the pool has me aghast. I don’t pay that type of money to be subject to random racist attacks by drunken uncouth hotel guests. Find safer accommodation in a better run accommodation.

You allowed racist drunk guests to harass and ruin a law abiding black family's last night in the hotel last night. SHAME ON YOU!
After watching the video that is surfacing on fb about the people that were harassed by the racist couple and the hotel really didn’t do anything! I would NEVER stay there!!
I just watched video of a disgusting incident that happened on your property last night. A family on vacation was subjected to derogatory epithets by other hotel guests. In typical fashion, one side was given the benefit of the doubt. Young children had to witness their mother and family members being called Bs and the n word. Then they got the early lesson on how policing is used to try to silence POC. This is America. �
Definitely WON'T be coming here after reading what happened on the 27th May 2018.... The racist incident against whites on blacks in the pool area.. Guess who got the blame... Definitely staying away with my children.
