This was the WORST hotel experience that I've ever had. From the time that we arrived, to the time that we left was a complete disaster. The a.c. didn't work (it was fixed after several hours), the refrigerator didn't work(which caused all of the food that we bought, to go bad). Called at least 5 times for them to come and fix it. They finally came on our last night at 11:45 pm to fix it (too late!). We had to evacuate the hotel.. twice. I do not have one good thing to say about my stay at the Omni. There were numerous issues during my 9 day stay, but one really an issue as its fraud. We had prepaid our entire stay through Hotwire, yet during our stay we were charged upwards of $5k, of which we got charged again!! (Even after we’ve checked out) I had inquired with the front desk 3 times and they told me that the chargers were pre auth and would not post. Yet, 1 day later they all posted. We chose to stay at the Omni for our anniversary. From the moment we walked in the beautiful facility was inviting. Everyone was friendly starting with the valet employees. At check in we were served by Wendy. She provided us the BEST customer service experience we have ever received. She welcomed us, made sure our room was perfect and ensured our experience was great.
