This was my home away from home after Katrina, and the ENTIRE staff gave me Great support and love during one of the worst times in my life. I will always remember the hospitality they showed my family and I. Irma is bringing those memories to the forefront, so THEY are now in MY prayers! They treat us like family. We are actually here right now with our dogs since we were evacuated from Jupiter Florida due to Irma. You all are the best and we told everyone with pets how wonderful you all are, especially during this stressful time.
This resort is perfect!! There's things to do for everyone!! And the new additions to the pool deck are amazing!! Also Vegerenerre(I know I spelled that wrong) at the coffee shop is a huge asset to that shop!! Every time we are there she takes very good care of us. She always has a smile on her face and super friendly. My girls love going to the coffe shop to get her special made toddler hot chocolate!! Go there for all your coffe needs!! This was the best experiace ive had so far since reacently moving to florida from California the kids had a great time we will be spending many future days at OMNI!
The resort was fine, but the service was bad. Check in was confused. I ended up being charged twice for the same stay. When I tried to resolve it I was given the run around and very poor service. I ultimately had to report it to my bank as fraud. One bit of advice, if you stay there check your changes closely.
Great hotel. Fun lounges and nice restaurants with excellent food fir all types of meals. Friendly customer driven staff especially at front desk, in breakfast buffet restaurant and housekeeping. Rooms were very comfortable snd nicely decorated. Large bathroom and great views. Never got in pools as it rained everyday but they looked lovely!
Beautiful grounds, fantastic villas, great staff.
Wonderful resort, lots of places to eat, great lazy river, 2 hot tubes, one wave pool and 2 regular pools. Service was excellent. What more could you ask for?
