What a great place to stay and relax . The customer service is amazing . You can just go there and not have to leave for anything ! If you have to go for work bring your family there is plenty of stuff for them to do . The crew at crocs poolside bar rocks !!!
Very disappointing hotel all the way around. The staff doesn't seem to care and housekeeping is lazy...
I was beyond disappointed in our stay at this Omni. I expected MUCH more. For starters, the young lady who checked us in pocketed $200 of my cash payment. I demanded the security footage be pulled so I could get my money back... Then was told they could see enough on the footage and was not allowed to see the footage for myself. What an amazing place to stay!!! Mt family stayed here to attend the 2017 Mrs. United States pageant this week... which I might add that our daughter, Lindsey Haukom aka Mrs. Kentucky, placed in the Top 10! What an experience! We stayed at the Omni Orlando Resort ChampionsGate because my daughter was participating in the Miss United States National Pageant there this past week and we couldn't have been more happy with our experience. The staff is so friendly and accomadating from Jules and LeAnn out by the pool to Allie our professional omlete maker in the morning at the breakfast buffet with her UNBELIEVABLE homemade sauces to Red our AWESOME shuttle driver that drove our pageant girls to the Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs and patiently waited ... read more

We met our friends there for alittle afternoon visit the husbands went golfing and I had the pleasure of the beautiful lazy river and wave pool, we ordered great tasting Nachos we had great service and we can't wait to stay there soon. I would rate this a 5 star with just my short visit the Omni is gorgeous.

My husband and I went here for a quick Babymoon. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The facility was beautiful. The restaurants were delisous and there are a few money savings places right not to it. We definitely plan to be back.
