Beautiful hotel! Lovely bartenders! Jesus at the croc's has been my favorite! Over all its been a fun great experience! I'd love to come back again!

I stay for a convention they was not prepare for 2,000 people the staff was lost the managers they was their looking doing nothing. The regular guess was waiting like more than 30 minutes. They need a plan for this big group.

We booked a room with a balcony view of the pool and they gave us a view of the parking lot. They couldn't accommodate us. They told us they were all booked. We are members there and nothing was done. Very disappointed.
Omni does it right, complimentary cheese, fruit & wine in the room upon arrival and complimentary champagne and molten chocolate cake for dessert. Anniversary celebration in off to a great start. That's why we love this place!!!
