We were so impressed with this hotel. When they found out it was my daughters 3rd birthday they set up a whole birthday party in our room while we were at the pool. They sent gifts, balloons, cake and so much more for my daughter. They really went above and beyond. I've been here for 3 days now. All is going well here. Everything is clean. Staff says hi when I walk by. If I had to pick it apart, hmm.... the tap water smells like filtered sewage, bring bottles for in room keurig. Microwave at ice machine. Refer in room.
Our fifth time? Never had a bad experience. Can Uber to any nearby parks. But you don't have to. Lazy river for the kids and multiple bars, plus the golf keeps us on property most of the time.
Had such a wonder experience with this property. Attended a conference for 4 days and 3 nights and the entire event was well executed. Being a hotel procurement person myself for conferences and events... I'm very particular on venues and look at the cleanliness, customer service, amenities and vibe of the property before I recommend the venue to my client(s). I'm happy to say this venue is on my list.
Very average...very expensive.. Glad i wasn't paying the bill. Toilet wasn't cleaned, room card didnt work for self park and for a resort the fitness center is sub-par.
