We had a great time ! Room service is def overpriced though. They charge 18.95 for a SLICE of choc cake like noooooo thank you never mind lol �
Our stay at the Omni was wonderful we stayed first weekend of April 2017 we live in Florida and just decided to take a little mini vacation kids had a blast can't wait until the new addition opens for the waterpark in spring time we will be back ...thanks welch family

Not impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful but....... $14 a day to park??? Really. What is the deal. I'm here for a conference and that should. E comped for attendees. And $55 a day for guest gym privileges??? When at a Disney conference, they let me use their gym complementary. Very overpriced food for the quality. If my conference is here again next year, I won't be back!!!
Wonderful experience. There's shops, restaurants, pools, golf, bicycling, concierge services, and more. The halls were FREEZING, but it doesn't matter unless you plan to spend an extended period time in the halls. We will definitely be returning.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. Complimentary welcome drinks upon Saturday arrival. Pools and lazy river are magnificent. Beds are comfy. Mini fridge and Keurig. The coffee for the machine is better than any I've ever bought!!

The Omni is a beautiful hotel. It is well kept and has very nice landscaping surrounding it. I was in the service industry and I do think they could step their game. All the staff were friendly and all the food and drinks were quality. I would stay there again.
Wonderful Hotel. Room service food is excellent. My room with a balcony overlooking the pool and golf course was gorgeous!
