My husband and I went to the steak house for our first date since September. Everything was perfect! To end our amazing meal they brought out chocolate covered strawberries for us that stated happy first date. Impeccable service, amazing atmosphere. The next time we come down we will need to stay at this hotel.
Hotel is gorgeous, and super clean! The staff is amazing! If you go for breakfast see Ally she is so amazing, her omlets are incredible!!!

We stayed here for our vacation to Legoland at the end of May. I cannot say enough nice things about this resort. First off, we were able to get an amazing deal on our room. After taxes, resort fees, etc. we paid about $170 per night for the room. While full price is a little higher than I want to pay, this resort is constantly offering deals. They have really stepped up their game since last year. It wasn't very crowded this week, so they upgraded my reservation to a balcony room overlooking the pool area. A bottle of wine and a welcome note on the dresser, complimentary bottled water, coffee delivered to the room every morning, WiFi, bathrobe, morning housekeeping for the usual room cleaning and fresh linens, plus evening service - so when you get back to the room after dinner the ice bucket is refilled, water restocked, and soft music is playing. We got there at 4 pm an the room still wasn't ready to be checked into, the lady behind the counter said it wasn't ready due to someone stayed in the room last night . We then waited 2 half hours before the room was ready causing us to miss dinner reservations. Then when the room was ready we got to the room an the keys didn't work so they had to give us a new room in which the Ac half way worked! It was terrible weekend would not recommend a stay at the resort due to the incompetence
We just spent two wonderful days at this wonderful resort!!! Can't wait to do it again!! Our son had the best time with the new amenities..wavepool was awesome!!
Love the Omni at Champions Gate. The rooms and hotel are extremely clean. This was not our first visit. We returned because we have always loved the lazy river. The addition of the new wave pool is amazing! We spent the entire day there and had a blast. Lunch by the pool from Crocs was delicious as well. Would highly recommend the Omni at Champions Gate!
We have stayed here several times and never an issue. Always great service from valet to housekeeping. I highly recommend this hotel as I will continue booking rooms myself. The new wave pool is really spectacular and the kiddie pool section has 3 slides that my nephews loved.
