Everything is very easy to do with rentals online the only thing is I never received my deposit back since June despite me returning everything on time. And yes, I called multiple times and they kept saying they’d return the call with an answer. I just quit trying to get my $40 back.

My experience at the store was wonderful. Jasmine was friendly, patient, and attentive as I chose my balloons. The store was well stocked with all kinds of party supplies. Many of them made in the USA! The store was clean. There were chair rentals available as well. I will be back to get my balloon and party supplies.
I do not know what helium is used by this store but I bought balloons and was already charged an arm and leg to fill them up, they did not last not even the party day. Once I arrived at the party venue half of the balloons popped and started deflating. the Dollar store next doors balloons I got are still floating 6 days later.
