The Omega Force office support team called and confirmed arrival time for the technician the day of service for our dishwasher. The technician, Paul Jankovsky also called and confirmed arrival time. Paul was extremely professional and explained the problem corrected on the dishwasher. Rate Paul Jankovsky at the highest level for repair and professionalism.
They came out right away and fixed our stove. Couldn't be more impressed.
