Mark was absolutely AMAZING to work with! We had an LG Dryer that sounded like a loud truck running through our house. Mark identified the problem immediately (busted roller) and quickly fixed the issue. Now we barely hear the dryer. Guess I will need to get a camera to put down there to watch it.
