Paul from Omega Force Services came out to fix our KitchenAid dishwasher. He was on-time, courteous and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I am very impressed with his service and that of the entire company. Great job! Highly recommend!

Paul from Omega Force just serviced my microwave through a home warranty I have in place. While here, I asked about my refrigerator ice maker (which I knew was not covered under warranty). Paul took a look and since he had the part in his truck, replaced it for me on the spot (without having to pay an additional service call fee)!!! Super knowledgable & friendly. I am a realtor and will be recommending Omega Force to all my clients!

Service was excellent. Solved our dryer problem. Paul is our super hero.
Freezer failure yesterday (9-14) and 2 hrs later Paul was at my door, obviously experienced, this young professional had an answer for me in less than 30 minutes. Kind, friendly he was able to give me the information to share with my landlord. Not enough good words to share with you about this service hero! Would love to have him come back, just hope I don't need him!
Paul was an outstanding technician, even going the extra mile to get a part within an hour or so. Five stars! Would use you again.
