Naturally my dryer decided to get cranky a few days into #StayHomeMN. Having used OFAR previously, I gave them a call to schedule an appointment. The intake call was polite and asked pertinent information—location, appliance problem, when was a convenient time slot. The technicians who came to their house respected my need to adhere strictly social distancing guidelines. It was a pleasant and respectful interaction. Thanks Omega Force!

Seth arrived early Monday morning to fix a leaking and ice-covered recent model refrigerator freezer and check a microwave. He was knowledgeable, thorough, persistent in finding the cause of the problem, neat, helpful, and kind. He found and explained the problem, then fixed it completely (until or unless the same drain block happens again). It took some hard work and time but he was patient and efficient in getting it done. Highly recommend! Nate was our tech. He was here on time, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got our dishwasher fixed and the cost was super affordable! I will definitely call them for appliance repair in the future!
