Excellent company to work with. Matt fixed our oven one week and 10days later our dryer quit. Phil and Matt did that call and we were so very pleased with both servicemen. Give them a raise Omega...they are wonderful reps for your company.
Delton was my service man and was so kind and informative. Very apologetic the second problem didn’t show up right away but came back to see if he could get it fixed. Warranty company wants to fix the 20 year old fridge instead of replacing it..... Delton was very knowledgeable. Besure to keep him on your team!!!! Thank you Jeri
