The only repair call we ever make is to Omega Force. They've helped us with our stove, dishwasher, and clothes washer over the years. We appreciate their honest, quick, personal service.
First time user of Omega Force but will definitely call them from now on for any appliance repairs we need. The technician who came out, Seth, was punctual, knowledgeable and very nice. Although my double wall oven could not be repaired due to the control panel no longer being made, Seth tried hard to find one in stock somewhere and when he could not, was honest and helpful in recommending replacement brands and even the best place to purchase a new one. Very pleased with the prompt and knowledgeable service. Very affordable. We have a 40 year old upright freezer that had stopped working and they were able to repair and let us avoid the expense of replacing it.
Omega Force is professional and efficient. Seth was amazing - solved our dryer problems perfectly, showing extra initiative at every step of the repair process. He is an awesome technician working for an amazing company. I Highly recommend Omega Force!
Paul was EXCELLENT! he was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and ordered parts for my refrig. and fixed my dryer. I was very pleased with my service and Paul was wonderful!!
