I’ve asked for one style, showed the pictures, not only did wrong hair cut, they ruined my hair, cut through my hair line, I specifically asked not to cut on top shorter, was the same thing to say shave the damn thing. Now I have to wear a hat till grown back

First time cutting my hair there, wasn’t told I had to book, sat there waiting for my turn until I was told to sit as the next person was running late. Barely spent 10 minutes on my hair, wasn’t gentle, didn’t even sterilise the clipper before cutting my hair and charged me a ridiculous amount.
