Total dishonest and shit service, got a ring to replace one for my partner in August, asked the dark hair lady if I could resell it layer which she affirmed and at same price. Went there today and she swore I never got such ring from them as it was gold plated and they don't sell such. This was shocking to me as it was same my wife had worn since it got it for her.
