Professional, polite and comfortable
Very disappointed with visit to see Hannah. My hair ended up blue! When expressed my dissatisfaction with this i was informed nothing could be done but to wash it and that would help (it did not) Hannah attempted strip and neutralising after contacting AGAIN to say no change. This was not successful. Thank goodness after almost 3 weeks it has now rectified by Abby Nunn in Honington.
Such a lovely salon amazing hairdressers always so friendly and professional xxx
