What can we say — I’ve always gone to Olivers because of the quality, the level of service, and the professionalism from start to finish. Frustratingly, the previous home owner wouldn’t allow Olivers to visit to take measurements before we moved in, which led to an issue on installation day. The Rightmove sizes for the master bedroom were wrong, meaning the pre-cut carpet didn’t fit. We were recommended by a neighbour to use Oliver’s Carpets and we are so pleased we did. From first meeting Chris at the shop the whole process was excellent. Our carpet was fitted by Chris and Jack we are delighted they did a fantastic job. They were both lovely friendly guys and so helpful we would definitely recommend this company. Thank you so much.
We have used Oliver's on a number of occasions for carpets and wooden flooring. They where professional and very hard working. From the initial interaction in the shop to the fitting we can't fault them. The job was to a very high and professional finish and the friendly service made the whole process no problem at all. A fantastic family business that were very helpful from start to finish. Jimmy was a great help picking carpets and measuring up with us. Chris & Jack were 2 fantastic lads who came and fitted our stair runner, landing and 2 bedroom carpets all well within a day! Loads of choices and very competitively priced. Thanks a lot!
