Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff when we decided to change mobility aid, even to assuring us how they would use our returned equipment. We have come to them often for particular equipment to help my husband in daily living and travel. Customer attention and compassion is over and above anything I have seen in a long time.

Not trust worthy and takes advantage of the Elderly , would not recommend.

Their shop side might offer a great service but the repairs department for mobility scooters was a real let down. A job which should only have taken a week took nearly 6 weeks. Every time we phoned for up-date we were told something different. Part not arrived, wrong part ordered etc., etc.,. Really not acceptable when people reply on scooters to get around. We ended up having to rent a scooter - costing even more money. Won't be using them again. Ali G

Had a really good experience today. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They definitely know their stuff. Definitely recommending to friends and family.
