Verified Renter Good place. Decent price. Recently been updated and refurbished. The appliances are new. Wood flooring is nice. Carpet is clean. Good place to live to start over or just to keep going.

Verified Renter I like our apartment, it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants in the area as well as my work. Maintenance usually comes quickly to fix whatever the problem is. There are some things I wish I could change. I wish we had a dishwasher and better ac. The ac unit we have is in the living room but our bedroom gets so hot we have to use fans to keep us cool. They are remodeling the hallways and entry way the past few weeks. The carpet is all ripped up. We will be happy to see it when it’s finished.

Verified Renter there were defects with my apartment when I moved in, but they were fixed quickly. The apartment is clean and in good shape, we got one of the refinished ones and I'm very happy with it

Verified Renter Neighbors are constantly smoking and the smoke comes into our apartment through the rear window. Everything is great until someone needs their 5 minute smoke break.

Management Never respond for Maintenance or for your deposit back they just say someone will call but they never do been waiting since October 15 2022 and it now Jan 23 2023 horrible place

Verified Renter Oldebrook is a decent place to live. Staff is nice, if maintenance need to be done, its usually within a day or two after the request is made. A lot of of updates are being made throughout the community. Pet friendly, so now Im planning to get my own fur baby!! Theres only two things I dont like, and one is nothing that Oldebrook can control (residents propping the doors leaving access to anyone), and the other is the carpeted halls!
