Verified Renter A good place to live. Maintenance always comes the next day we put in a request. We like our balcony and looking at the duck pond. Only thing I would add is a dishwasher as our unit didn’t come with one.

Verified Renter Super great so far. Everyone I have meet has been super friendly. Moving in was a really easy process. The apartments are nice as well! I think that this was a great choice, especially with prices being a little cheaper then the surrounding area.

Verified Renter Great staff. Just took a while to get some things done. The leasing staff was amazing when I came in for a tour. I wish all of the stuff was complete for my move-in date since it was known well ahead of time.

Verified Renter I like our apartment, it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants in the area as well as my work. Maintenance usually comes quickly to fix whatever the problem is. There are some things I wish I could change. I wish we had a dishwasher and better ac. The ac unit we have is in the living room but our bedroom gets so hot we have to use fans to keep us cool. They are remodeling the hallways and entry way the past few weeks. The carpet is all ripped up. We will be happy to see it when it’s finished.

Verified Renter there were defects with my apartment when I moved in, but they were fixed quickly. The apartment is clean and in good shape, we got one of the refinished ones and I'm very happy with it
