Refuse to fix anything My sister lives here and they are refusing to fix the heat, as well they are refusing to fix water damage and mold issues in the apartment as well. All these problems were related to management on the property with no resolution.

Great community I really love my pond view apartment! The maintenance man is very friendly and they keep the grounds clean here. Just outside the chaos of downtown Grand Rapids, but it only takes me 5-10 minutes to get there!
oldebrook They arenawedome. If i ever have a problem they fix it. The managers are great andbfriendly. I like it here alot.
apt My apt is real small and i pay $665 a month. Plus electric etc... And im on disability for life.
