Verified Renter We like living here. The neighborhood has many nearby stores and restaurants. The other residents here are nice. They recently updated the entry ways and laundry room. The one thing I would add to our apartment is a dishwasher.

Verified Renter For the most part, the staff have all been nice. They are doing a lot of projects currently, which is great for the longevity of the apartments. A little more notice on some things would be nice though. But my wife and I like it here. Love that its close to a park and walking distance to a store.

Verified Renter A good place to live. Maintenance always comes the next day we put in a request. We like our balcony and looking at the duck pond. Only thing I would add is a dishwasher as our unit didn’t come with one.
