Terrible support Property maintenance is horrid. Management staff treats any sort of issue as if it wasn’t important. I recently had AC issues, only after it took them a week to replace the ac did they get me a new one. The new one is not adequate for a tiny apartment. The maintenance team uses cheap methods of fixing problems. During a heat wave having a living space be ONE DEGREE cooler than the outside temperature is unacceptable.

Verified Renter A nice place to live. Close to many stores, restaurants and the library. Maintenance always fixes our requests in a timely manner. We like watching the duck pond from our balcony. We don’t use the dog park but like the park that’s walking distance down the street.

Verified Renter They waited 30mins prior to me going to pick up my keys to tell me that my apartment wasn’t ready and offered me a couple more, when I picked my apartment and moved everything upstairs the keys did not work to get in and they keep pressing me to change my renters insurance address like I didn’t have a million and one things to do because of the apartment switch and they new that!
