Verified Renter A nice place to live. Close to many stores, restaurants and the library. Maintenance always fixes our requests in a timely manner. We like watching the duck pond from our balcony. We don’t use the dog park but like the park that’s walking distance down the street.

Verified Renter They waited 30mins prior to me going to pick up my keys to tell me that my apartment wasn’t ready and offered me a couple more, when I picked my apartment and moved everything upstairs the keys did not work to get in and they keep pressing me to change my renters insurance address like I didn’t have a million and one things to do because of the apartment switch and they new that!
Verified Renter Just moved in, I love it so far! It’s perfect for one person living. It’s bigger than i expected! The staff is excellent. I have a one bed one bath and everything is Newley modeled. It’s awesome!
