Verified Renter So far now that I’m in my apartment I enjoy it. The staff is really nice from the office team to the maintenance men. The property is clean and nice. So now I have been here a week almost I need to fully look at things that may need to be looked at.

Terrible support Property maintenance is horrid. Management staff treats any sort of issue as if it wasn’t important. I recently had AC issues, only after it took them a week to replace the ac did they get me a new one. The new one is not adequate for a tiny apartment. The maintenance team uses cheap methods of fixing problems. During a heat wave having a living space be ONE DEGREE cooler than the outside temperature is unacceptable.

Verified Renter A nice place to live. Close to many stores, restaurants and the library. Maintenance always fixes our requests in a timely manner. We like watching the duck pond from our balcony. We don’t use the dog park but like the park that’s walking distance down the street.
