Verified Renter Renew prairie park is in a convenient location to stores and restaurants. Our apartment on the middle floor stays very warm during the winter. I also like the view of the duck pond. The grounds outside are well kept up, salted sidewalks during winter help a lot. We’ve had some problems with management in the past, just depends who you talk to. Overall I’m happy with our apartment home although rent does increase with every new lease period.
