Verified Renter Management is great and for the Grand Rapids area the price is good, but still high in general. However, the appliances need updating and there aren't really any ammenities. But I enjoy living here.

Verified Renter I love my apartment at Olde Brook Apartments in Wyoming Michigan. I took a lot of time looking for an apartment. The property manager is important to me and she was excellent. My neighbors have been awesome. My apartment looked brand when I moved in. The rent is very reasonable for what I got in an apartment and the community I live in. I would highly recommend oldebrook Apartments.

Verified Renter Its been a week. Its peaceful. Theres plenty of ducks, a few dogs (with their owners) and Ive seen a raccoon near the dumpster. Close to Family Fare, not far from Dollar General(s) & Family Dollar, as well as Dollar Tree. Speedway, Biggby Coffee & various fast food restaurants are nearby as well. Thus far, Id say its a nice place to live.

Refuse to fix anything My sister lives here and they are refusing to fix the heat, as well they are refusing to fix water damage and mold issues in the apartment as well. All these problems were related to management on the property with no resolution.

Great community I really love my pond view apartment! The maintenance man is very friendly and they keep the grounds clean here. Just outside the chaos of downtown Grand Rapids, but it only takes me 5-10 minutes to get there!
