The room cleanliness was awful we had to send pictures of the mess and dirt which they came to reclean however the cups still had lipstick marks smeared down them, the security of the building was worrying as both nights we had people banging on our door and trying our door code, theyre is no staff throughout day, the manager was reasonable until it came to getting a refund for my disable mother who couldnt stay (was booked 2 days before i booked but theyre stay was for the week after ours so wasnt a last minute ask for a re... read more
