Poor standards of dog owners and balcony viable contents. Paid carport spaces plagued by heavy slippery mud during and after rain fall. Cutting back far too many mature trees causes increased electric bills reduction of need shade.

I would say... (Verified Renter) I would say neutral because the gated doors have never have been gated since i came here. The gates have always been opened. That was one of my main things why I chose here. They closed it finally 2 weeks ago but after several days the resident entry had been re opened again.
Too expensive. Property... (Verified Renter) Too expensive. Property is nice but too much dog poop everywhere now. Bugs are an issue since pest control has been deemed a nonnecessity. This community has gone down in the past year.
