The other staff was very friendly as well so I felt a trust and I look forward to interacting with them. The property is very well kept. I like the feel and the amenities that are family oriented.

The apartment was... (Verified Renter) The apartment was beautiful, the amenities were plentiful, the price was amazing, the location was perfect for us, and the leasing agent went above and beyond to inform and listen to us.

I feel truly... (Verified Renter) I feel truly at home here, it is an extremely comfortable community. The grounds are beautiful and clean, the maintenance is exceptional, I could not be happier.
In the 3... (Verified Renter) In the 3 years I?ve lived here I?ve seldom had a problem. Maintenance responds quickly and the leasing office agents are friendly and now stable. In the past, I?d see different people on a monthly basis. Kendrick and Tres are great.

I just haven't... (Verified Renter) I just haven't lived there yet to tell whether it is really up to the standard that I am looking for. Also you all need to upgrade your workout facility. It is really bare and small.

Thank you for the 4 star review. We do have a small workout facility. Despite being small, we have treadmills, an elliptical machine, bike, free weights, and Fitness on Demand for our residents to use at anytime. Please let us know if we can be of any further help in the future!
The location of... (Verified Renter) The location of the complex is nearby a lot of shopping, restaraunts, etc. and there is a lot of greenery and nice amenities within the complex. And it is not terribly far from UT Dallas.
