The Maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The Maintenance staff are good people , do a good job and are friendly. This community is smaller than most complexes and the two maintenance guys have been here over 5 years and know the property very well. Stable maintenance staff is the key to keeping a property in top form.

Management is really bad I don’t recommend anyone to stay in this community , management is really bad . They don’t know how to talk to residents , they don’t give respect as well

They need to... (Verified Renter) They need to get new carpet mine is awful not pleased at all, or wood floors. Its filthy and very non sanitary. It shoukd have been replaced before I leased its like walking on cement terrible how much the Pinnacle Management makes.So very dissatisfied about the condition of the carpet.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend because of the professional,knowlwdge and respectful maintenance team of Berto and Phlipe. Also, responsiveness to emails to the manager. I would NOT recommend because of breach of rental agreement for gated property. The driveway Gates have been wide open since Sept 2017. They say it's because of the phone lines. I was very... (Verified Renter) I was very excited about moving here. Management and Maintenance staff are great. But my biggest concern is that there appears to be a roach problem and this has taken my excitement away. I am an extremely clean person and I do not do well with this. We have sprayed on our own and off site company came out today, I will see if this clears the problem. Otherwise not sure I can stay here.

I just feel the neighborhood has gone down a bit since I'd moved in and the vandalizing of our mailboxes was confirmation that it was time to go. There are lots of things to do in the area and I think overall it is still safe, but there are lots of other places to live in Plano with more amenities for the price that I was paying. I think that... (Verified Renter) I think that the square footage for the price is great. I love the big bathroom & there is so much storage. Kendrick and Ian at the leasing office are great. And the Maintenance man fixed my dryer very quickly.
