There are strict enforcements made, but when it comes to offering basic things they fall back. Very pleasant staff... (Verified Renter) Very pleasant staff in the off and maintenance crew, everyone is friendly and courteous. The grounds are clean and well kept, maintenance is fast and the apartment is beautiful.
Like the apartment... (Verified Renter) Like the apartment and location. Layout is good. Manager experience has tainted my view. Current renovation of office may be the cause of not having a remote for gate access, now gates open all the time because the card access nor remotes work, don't have parking stickers for guests, just overall seems somewhat disorganized.
Management Issues I want to give it more stars. The location is great, the grounds are pretty and park-like, most other residents I've met are great, and I actually LOVE my apartment. That is where the happy ends, I'm afraid. The good Quite,... (Verified Renter) The good Quite, safe feeling, excellent Maint team. The bad most of all the Air Conditioners are really really old, noise and eat energy and 4 are sitting outside bedroom windows lower level.
The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community was very clean and the buildings were in great shape. The property management on site was very helpful and i know that my needs will be met in a timely professional manner.
The grounds and... (Verified Renter) The grounds and buildings are well maintained and all my neighbors have been quiet but friendly. I like that the children can play on the grounds so freely.
