The two phone... (Verified Renter) The two phone call interactions I have had with this apartment community has been the best I've had in several years. I love how personable the agents are, how patient and informative they are, and how genuinely they try to help us get a good deal for our money. That makes me very likely to recommend them to my friends and family

Some apartments patio... (Verified Renter) Some apartments patio is full of box car wells everything it is not good for this community and we need hallway and stairs be more clean
It's just too... (Verified Renter) It's just too expensive. Kitchen is a bit small with very limited storage. I have everything in plastic, sealed containers because of the returning ants.
Do not live here Do not live at Old Sheppard Place. If I could give the staff a Zero I would. I’ve had multiple foundation issues leading to my front door barely functioning. Also the water smells terrible due to the poor plumbing and cheap materials. When you brush your teeth it smells like your head is in a toilet bowl. The worst part is I’ve been in the office multiple times, even same day, and they never recognize me. They do not care about their residents, only what is convenient for them and their bottom line. I wish I could stay... I've been at this complex for about a year and a half. Pros: The staff is incredibly responsive and super competent, the apartment is a good size, there's a playground area for the kiddos, the apartment complex is close to major highways, and there's a lot of restaurants and shopping within walking distance (if you're into that). It's pet-friendly, kid-friendly, and tenant-friendly. Cons: Pickup time for trash is a little early on MWF- so if the pickup time is missed, people either set their trash out ... read more
