Verified Renter It has car noise issue at first time, but the manager did changed unit as my request. Now, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Also, the maintenance team always tries to fix all the problems that I have.
Verified Renter It is such a beautiful, peaceful place in which to live! It is such a joy to see my neighbors and sometimes their pets too! It is an incredible experience to talk with the managers and staff who are the absolutely best at what they do! Their personal initiative and commitment to excellence set them apart in business and hospitality. Isn’t it remarkable that they are surprised that anyone would manage in any other way?
Verified Renter In general, it's a safe and quiet community. Location is great and convenient. The maintenance staffs are very responsive and done a good job. On the flap side, office is going downhill. They seldom pick up phone calls, incorrect monthly trash and pest fees billing for months, security gates endless repairing.

Y como siempre el señor Beto eficiencia y excelencia!!! Excelente mejoría en las reparaciones de las instalaciones
