With a name like the Old Homestead, you are almost certain that this restaurant praises the bovine from top to bottom. The Old Homestead Steak House first opened in 1868 and it remains a straightforward, old-fashioned steakhouse without sacrificing any of the modern amenities. In this sense, thankfully, it is no longer that difficult to get Kobe beef from Japan, which probably wasn't on the menu in 1868. Most of the dishes are priced in the higher range, but are well worth your money.

Awful restaurant. Bad service, impolite waiters... only the food was decent I strongly recommand another restaurant
The service was a little slow but the steaks were superb! Well worth the trip and would definitely go back. Highly recommended for the steak lover.
Food has gone down hill. I was there 4 years ago and had the wagya 6oz filet which was amazing then.....now its only a sirloin and it's 1/2 the size but $25 MORE than what I paid before. The 6oz quality was excellent but definitely NOT worth the price anymore. It also had barely any seasoning at all. My husband's steak was very undercooked, even after they brought it back to cook longer. Lobster mac and cheese was a little too charred.
