First of all the food and atmosphere was great but, our waitress JJ was beyond rude. We could not get service unless we had a face mask on. We wore it everywhere in the restaurant but, she would not service us or even get close to us when we were seated. She didn’t even give us our check when we were done eating. I will never go back here. It was the worst service I’ve never had in my life and I’ve been to many restaurants. I feel generous giving 2 stars.
A few weeks back on the 4th of July 2020, we at Old Ebbitt Grill. We were excited to eat there, since the reviews were great about the food. The reason I get a low rating is not for the food, but the server JJ. She was one of the most rude servers we have ever had. She would not come to our table to take an order or give us table service without us having our face masks on. Went here with my boyfriend... I’ve never been, he’s been in the past. We were celebrating one year together. It was very nice. Waiter was good, atmosphere was nice, and the food was great. I got the Brick chicken as my entree, calamari was our appetizer and a brownie sundae for dessert! All were delicious!! I recommend!! 🏼😃
Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon* (GF) 😍😍😍😍😍 This was the best salmon I ever had. The buttery garlic sauce over the salmon was perfectly cooked. I don’t know who the chef was that day but I wish I could have given him a tip for a thousand dollars. My food was that good. Thanks to everyone for your service everything was great!!!!
