Excellent crab cake as well as swordfish entree! Delish! Restaurant was busy as usual at dinner time but service was timely, efficient, and friendly, allowing us plenty of time to catch a cab to the Kennedy Center for “Hamilton.”
Came here last year on vacation so we came again this year ! Great food and very cool place
Richly nostalgic and beautifully preserved atmosphere, the service was classy and quick. Came for breakfast after a White House tour and the food was prompt and everything was delicious!! It was everything I hoped it would be for having such history.
We were visiting from Argentina and found argentine malbec on the wine list! That was terrific!
Great lovely memories there during Christmas
So we sat at the bar, because this place gets PACKED. Get a reservation if you can. Our bartender was awesome, the food was very good, and we had a great time. A historic site with good service makes it worth the trip.
RecommendedUnique experience not a fan of the small table and the location of it I was placed at. Good food but bourbo glazed bread pudding was out of this world
