Second Okuma that has had the tip break multiple times. I had an SST that broke, was repaired and broke again. Bought a Celilo and same thing......broke, was repaired then just broke again. All issues were what I would call normal use....no drops or car doors, etc.
Okuma's technology is evident in their constant advancements of giving us anglers a better chance of "hooking-up"! And the aesthetics are my kind of "eye candy". Compare their MSRP's to comparable brands. Innovative technology coupled with awesome prices! And a cool look as well:)
Love your rods and reels! cold water and guide selects are an awesome reasonably priced set up!
