there customer service for my one year old cold water series has been worse than awful. as a charter captain I use these to make my living. I just feel stuck with them right now can not even get a return phone call or return email.
The only reel I use when it comes to bringing in the big boys is an okuma Abf series.
Love Okuma, the quality, the customer services, and the price!
