Bought a cedros cj55s in the USA , took it back to South Africa. Used it once , started jamming then locked up. Waste of money , looks amazing but not built tough .
I bought a reel Friday and the line out alarm aka clicker won’t even hold an ounce sinker up without running to the floor. So I take it fishing today tho jig maybe it just needs some time. Well nope. A flippin goldfish ran the clicker. A goldfish people!!!! Now they want me to mail it to them At my cost and be without it for 6-8 weeks!!!! I own a pair of 364’s but I’ll NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!! This reel is 4 days outta the box and they are treating me like I’ve owned it for 5 yrs!!! Terrible!!!!!!

I love my Okuma Trio 555, Ceymar, and Cedros in the 4000 and 5500 sizes, taking everything from largemouth and stripers in fresh water to blues and big drum in the surf! Great reels!
I ordered an SST ladies edition pole for the wife for Christmas, finally got to go fishing over the weekend (4 months later). The insert in the eyelet was damaged and shredding her line. I called Okuma and spoke with Kevin Christian. He was able to send out a new upper half for her rod. What a great company with excellent products and customer service/warranty.
Great steelhead rods, just wish they made more of them and longer rods
