Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with hands down
All I fish are GSP and GSC Rods and Okuma InspiraS spin reels. Never had a issue with any of them. Great quality product. Every time I’m in a sporting goods store I always tell people to purchase your product, the reaction I get is do you work here I reply no I just love there product.
Love my Okuma Magda pro line counter reels ! Work great for trolling for steelhead /lakers / and brown trout !
Ordered the SLX 20L reel and you can tell it’s made pretty solid! Looks great too! Definitely recommend!
Okuma costumer service is terrible; I ordered a fly rod and they never sent it, and they never responded to my multiple emails.
Have 4 that I use trolling Lake Superior, work great, never had a prob., lots of fish!
