Not a fan of the Okuma reels. The TCS Rods however are a different story. I love these rods! Action, weight, balance, feel and performance are awesome! Currently trying to fill my rod locker up with these rods. If you have not used one then your missing out.
I have a bunch of there fly fishing reels they're great
Very happy with my 8'6" MED ACTION OKUMA CELILO, I use it for my striped bass fishing and the day I bought it I set the hook on a 37.5" striped bass. The rod handled extremely well during the battle. I stand by OKUMA PRODUCTS.
I bought a spinning reel at Dick's with a gift card. It was $37 and it's the best reel I have ever owned. Usually I buy Shimano, but I have changed!
I have a 3500 and 4500 Salinas series reels. Love them both. As good as any Shimano reel that I have used.

I have had great experience with there service dept. with a reel that was at least 6 yrs old. they fixed it no questions asked.
Purchased two convector reels and one was broken before I could get all the line on it , called "Customer service" and they told me I would have to pay for the shipping to get the reel back to them. Never again will I purchase another one of their products. I've been fishing with Shimano's and Diawa's for the past ten years and I've never had a single problem, really kicking myself in the ass now. Terrible product even worse service after the sale.
First day on the water with a 3d bluegill and one of the eyes pop off. This isn't even with a bite, but on a pond testing for action and seeing if the weight needed to be tuned. So disappointed.
