The people at this hospital were do nice the nurses couldn't of been any better an the drs are great thank you all for the terrific service you truly have hearts of gold
It took 6 weeks to see my primary care doctor. Once I did get to see him he did absolutely nothing for me. Totally disappointed.
3 - hour wait in prosthetics, otherwise a good visit for an all day stint at the VA. Places visited were: primary care, labs, x-ray, bone density, cafeteria, prosthetics, and physical therapy. I got everything done in one day, even with the 3-hour wait in prosthetics. If I had to complain, it would be regarding that 3-hour wait, which I think could be improved.
Parking was bad but got right in to see dr. Very nice nurse and staff.
From top to bottom the people at the VAMC seem genuinely determined to keep me alive. Without their help I feel certain I would be dead already. They are not perfect but they seem to be in determined pursuit of perfection. For every moment of frustration with the VAMC I feel dozens of moments of intense gratitude for their kindness.
i had a heart attack in august and Dr Duhon directed me to go to the va emergency room where they got me in quick,Dr Latif put in a stent the next day and i have had two follow ups since then,the staff has taken great care of me,they are wonderful to me !!
We have been dealing with a exposed bone on my husbands leg..there is to much to relate on this site. After getting out of the hospital in april the exposrd bone has NOT been addressed at all we have been back several times only to be told come back again. It is ridiculous that this has not been taken care of...not satisfied at all..
When we were checking in at the hospital the LPN and tech were to just on their pho as to care about us.
Took my dad to the er and the staff was very rude.. plus left people setting there waiting11-12 hours just to see the dr. My dad walked out after waiting 8 1/2 hours to NEVER be seen!
