Both appointments were awesome! I received excellent care from both providers!
The workers were foul mouthed and used loose language walking through the hallways. The general atmosphere was depressing. The care I saw being given was lack luster. The patients appeared to be "rushed" in and out. Overall, it made me feel extremely bad for any of our veterans.
Appointment was at 1:30....but didn't get seen until about 4:15...or 4:30....this is not a good thing....don't know what the problem was ....can't speak on that....but it has to get better...I pray it does....another thing....patient complained about someone busting in during his procedure....the nurse assisting urologists did take care of the matter but that should not have happened....overall the staff was pleasant.... and they had smiles on their faces....appointment for followup was made with ease....thank you very much ... read more
The only part that was bad was parking..or trying to park.
We have never had issues with the VA in OKC. My daddy has no complaints.
It was a wonderful trip on January 3, 2017. Everyone at 8a101 was wonderful. Though the amazing lady who was working check ins in prosthetics went above and beyond. She even took the time to call us at home to give me more information.
They had their act together today! Kudos & Thanks��
